The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Excise Case No. 2358/2017, arising out of K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 636/2017 dated 11.09.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The petitioner is the driver of the vehicle from where 134 pouches of foreign liquor, each containing 180 ml, has been recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2017 and he has fair antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
