Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 20.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56815 of 2018 with observation to conclude the trial within a period of six months.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the trial has not been concluded up till now and the report was called for.

Heard learned APP and perused the report from which it appears that the case was fixed for judgment on 24.2.2020. Learned counsel for the informant has informed this Court that on 24.2.2020 a petition under Section 311 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner, which was rejected and again this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60988 of 2019(6) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 case has been posted for judgment on 5.3.2020. Considering the above, I am not inclined to grant bail tot he petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
