2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached before the respondent authorities for redressal of her grievances and lastly she filed a representation on 14.06.2019 before the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur but no action has been taken as yet.

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Director of Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2) along with all supporting documents within a period of two weeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.12651 of 2024(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 and the respondent no.2 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through her counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that respondent no.2 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
