The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hilsa (Chiksaura) P.S. Case No. 403 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Witches Practice Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the course of internal family dispute some altercation took place resulting in lodging of the present first information report. It is further submitted that father-in-law of the petitioners filed a complaint case bearing Complaint Case No. 840(c) of 2014.

No.49052 of 2014 (2) dt.30-04-2015 Considering the nature of allegation as also the fact that it was internal family dispute between the Gotias and that the injuries are simple in nature, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is/are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Hilsa Nalanda in connection with Hilsa (Chiksaura) P.S. Case No. 403 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
