The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and 47A of the Excise Act.

It is alleged that from the shop of the petitioner some foreign liquor and bear bottles were recovered. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a foreign liquor license holder, which is valid from Ist April, 2015 to March, 2016 and they were under the valid purchase from Bihar State Beverage Corporation Limited. Purchase invoice has been brought on record as Annexure-3. Statement has been made in para-3 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.310 of 2016 (2) dt.07-01-2016 the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S.
