Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pachdrukhi P.S.Case No. 213 of 2017 registered under Sections 294, 372, 373 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3,4 and 5 of Immortal Traffic ( Prevention) Act, 1956 and under Section 14 of POCSO Act.

The allegation in brief is that two minor girls were recovered from the house of the petitioner but the petitioner was running Orchestra party where the girls were engaged as dancer. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the girls, who are members of the dancing group of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57569 of 2017 (3) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 were examined and were found major, above 18 years but their statement was not recorded under Section 164 Cr. P. C. and the petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2017. . Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Tashlim Miya , is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S.Case No. 213 of 2017.
