This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 304-B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the main thrust of allegation of demand of dowry is against the husband of the deceased and the petitioner is the Bhainsur.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Daudpur P.S.
