JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 28-06-2023 The present MJC is filed for non-compliance order dated 02.08.2012 passed in CWJC No. 13228 of 2021. The petitioner has submitted representation on 09.08.2021 for removal of encroachment. During pendency of the writ petition grievance of the petitioner is stated to have redressed. Proceedings relating to removal of encroachment was invoked. Appeal against removal of encroachment was decided on

Patna High Court MJC No.2088 of 2021(3) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 18.11.2022. Thereafter, the concerned officials have undertaken removal of encroachment on 20.01.2023.

2. In the light of these facts and circumstances, the present MJC No. 2088 of 2021 stands dropped. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to file further representation if he is not satisfied with the removal of encroachment.
