JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is of making indiscriminate firing on the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that admittedly no injury was caused to anyone. There is counter version and subsequently the informant retracted from his earlier version and filed a petition before the court below. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 10 of the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14096 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 1/2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
