Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 01 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is also submitted that the petitioner is a labourer and earns Rs. 9000/- monthly and is ready to pay Rs.2000/- for the informant's maintenance as per para 3 & 4 of the 2nd supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the
