Petitioner is accused in connection with Bihar Police P.S. Case No. 557 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 Arms Act of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of recovery of one country made pistol and one live cartridge from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.11.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13653 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 557 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
