ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2018 in connection with Barauni (Refinery O.P.) P.S. Case No.17 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the E.C. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery has been made from a common house belonging to the petitioner and other agnates. In view of such facts and circumstances that the entire recovery was not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)
