The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the daughter of the informant was abducted by co-accused Shyam Narayan Mandal. It is alleged against the petitioner and others that they have facilitated the abduction.

it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against co-accused Shyam Narayan Mandal. The informant has not claimed that the victim was minor on the alleged date of occurrence.

Considering the thrust of accusation against co-accused Shyam Narayan Mandal, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Birpur, Supaul in connection with Kunauli (Dagmara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 34 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
