The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Section 354 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Prevention of Witchcraft Practices Act, 1999.

The allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioner no. 1 went to the house of the complainant and asked the complainant to get her daughter well. The petitioner no. 2 made hue and cry and there is allegation of smearing cow-dung against the petitioner no. 2.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2958 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss. Kalpana Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in Muzaffarpur Complaint Case No. 223 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
