Petitioner seeks regular bail in Jalalgarh P.S. Case No.118 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C..

Informant is the mother of the deceased who in her statement has stated that on 02.09.2017 her son, namely, Aslam after taking meal left his house for his native home at Jalalgarh and thereafter he went to the house of his sister and thereafter he went to the house of maternal uncle where on 03.09.2017 the deceased took meal and left the place and went missing. Subsequently she was informed that dead body of her son was lying in the water near canal and thereafter this F.I.R. was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1834 of 2018 (3) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 instituted against unknown. The name of this petitioner has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Md.Shamser and except this there is no incriminating material against the petitioner and he is in custody since 11.10.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. Purnea, in Jalalgarh P.S.Case No.118 of 2017.
