2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 281 of 2024 registered under Sections 351(2), 331(4), 126(2), 115(2) and 74 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 8 and 12 of POCSO Act.

3. As per F.I.R., on 01.07.2024 at about 10:00 pm, this petitioner came over roof of the house of informant and tried to take away the minor daughter of informant. On alarm, the petitioner fled away.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

Further submission is that petitioner and husband of informant are own gotiya and there is ongoing land dispute between them. The victim is niece of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Exclusive Judge (POCSO), Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 281 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
