The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 498(A) and other allied sections of the I.P.C. The wife made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in A.B.P. NO. 96 of 2014. As per the compromise of the court the petitioner appeared on 26.06.2014 but the wife did not make any complain. 14.10.2014 was the next date fixed but on that date the complainant did not appear as he died and consequently the bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled. It is submitted that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2966 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2015 2/2 wife of the petitioner died due to illness. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail since 27.11.2014, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M, Sheikhpura in Complaint Case No. 324© of 2012.
