The petitioner is in custody in connection with Trial No.9 of 2017, arising out of Kangli P.S. Case No.3 of 2017, a case under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)B of the N.D.P.S. Act Allegation is that 1.5 Kgs of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2017.

Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation is complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57494 of 2017 (3) dt.05-01-2018 P2/ bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Trial No.9 of 2017, arising out of Kangli P.S. Case No.3 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
