The petitioner is accused in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2013 registered under Sections 304B, 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 14.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49217 of 2013 by this Court and he is in custody since 10.07.2013.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.727 of 2015 (2) dt.25-03-2015 petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
