Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Sangrampur PS Case No.74 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 504, 307 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both sides are agnates, there is some business dispute between both sides and the allegation is that both the petitioners shot at the informant but the injuries are blunt wound it does not suggest injury caused by firearm, moreover the impugned order itself reflects that the informant himself appeared in the court below and admitted compromise and the petitioners have been in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14865 of 2018(3) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 custody for approximately last five months.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners, namely, Gautam Yadav and Hiralal Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Munger in connection with Sangrampur PS Case No.74 of 2017.
