The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Solkhua P.S. Case No. 141 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 376, and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case has been lodged at the instance of the co-villagers because they were engaged in a dispute with regard to a common passage. It is further submitted that the allegations are wholly unfounded and the informant has not made out a clear case under the relevant sections of the IPC.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49055 of 2014 (2) dt.30-04-2015 Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is/are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Solkhua P.S. Case No. 141 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
