JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Ekangarsarai PS Case No. 169 of 2017 registered under Sections 399, 401, 402, 414 of the IPC and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was a driver of the Bolero vehicle and from other persons sitting in the Bolero arms were recovered but no arms from the possession of the petitioner except three mobile and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is reflected from the case diary and is in custody since 6.10.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Gopal Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Ekangarsarai PS Case No. 169 of 2017.
