The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barun P.S. case No. 86 of 2019 registered under Section 147, 149, 341, 323, 186, 333, 379, 353, 307, 420, 411, 504, 506, 427 of the IPC, u/s 4 & 40 of Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules and u/s 15 of Environment Protection Act.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Similarly situated many other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 43915/ 2019, 35420/ 2019 and in Cr. Misc. No. 49151 of 2019. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of

No.53659 of 2019(2) dt.27-08-2019 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that similarly situated many other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. case No. 86 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
