The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No.347 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a), 32, 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from the house of co-accused Nagendra Ram. He also submits that the petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a

Case No.347 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
