The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 420. 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
As per F.I.R., petitioner obtained appointment, as Panchayat Teacher, on the basis of forged and fabricated educational certificate.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence, since petitioner got appointed, as Panchayat Teacher, after due verification of her educational certificate by the authority concerned. It is further submitted that as soon as petitioner came to know about order dated 22.06.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15459 of 2014 by this Court (Annexure 5), she submitted her resignation before the authorities concerned, but they refused to accept her resignation.

No.67126 of 2021(3) dt.17-10-2022 2/2 However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that there is specific allegation that this petitioner got appointed, as Panchayat Teacher, on the basis of forged and fabricated educational certificate. It is further submitted that petitioner has not disclosed as to on which date and before whom, she submitted her resignation. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
