The petitioner being the husband of informant is languishing in custody since 11.02.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 379, 498A, 504, 506/34 of the IPC.

The basic accusation is of torture.

It appears from the impugned order that on conclusion of investigation charge sheet has been submitted under Section 494 and 498A of the IPC.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (Balwahat) P.S.
