Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47890 of 2014 (8) dt.07-09-2015 P2/2 case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though an effort of settlement was made, but the same has failed and settlement amount remains to be negotiated between the parties. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstance, let the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Shiekhpura in connection with Mahila (Shiekhpura) P.S. Case No. 40/14 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
