JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the order dated 23.02.2016 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in Cr. Revision No. 11 of 20016 by which he has dismissed the petition filed by the petitioners against the order dated 11.01.2016 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in Nanpur P.S. Case No.21 of 2015 by which finding a prima facie case to be made out under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act the petitioners have been summoned to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16718 of 2016 (2) dt.16-01-2018 2/2 face trial.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the appropriate stage of trial.

Leave is granted.
