The petitioners seek modification of order dated 22.05.2019 as due to some unforeseen circumstances they could not submit and file their bail bond before the court below. He submitted that the petitioners are willing to appear within a period of three weeks from today and file their bail bonds and therefore the time fixed for surrender may be extended. Considering the aforesaid submission, let the time fixed in order dated 22.05.2019 be extended by further period of three weeks from today. In case the petitioners fail to surrender within the aforesaid period, the order dated 22.05.209 shall stand withdrawn automatically.
