In this case, the petitioner is seeking salary as he is claiming that he was appointed as trained teacher, but has not been paid the salary.

Learned counsel for the State has drawn the attention of this Court to the letter containing memo No.2904 dated 19.10.2012, by which the services of the petitioner has been dispensed with on the ground that the B.A. degree of the petitioner, on the basis of which the petitioner was appointed as trained teacher, has been obtained from an educational institution, which has not been

In such view of the matter, the relief which the petitioner is claiming cannot be granted. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner, if so advised, may take recourse of law as available under the law. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U
