Taking into consideration that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on Test Identification Parade, particularly, in the circumstances, when he is in jail custody since 24-06-2014 and furthermore, except the criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Forbesganj P.S.
