2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No. 163 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim and his father brutally and have also snatched a golden chain and Rs. 18,000/- from them.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2024.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
