2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offense punishable under sections 103(1), 61(2) of the BNS and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons have murdered the husband of the informant due to land dispute.

4. Earlier the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.05.2025 passed in Cr. Miscellaneous No.10643 2025.

5. There is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer of bail of this petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the present bail application of this petitioner is again rejected.
