In the present writ petition a prayer has been made that husband of the petitioner though was granted first and second ACP but not in a correct pay scale. Prayer has been made that when she could know about the anomaly in payment of ACP she approached to the authority concerned but without any proper result.

In this view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the competent authority who will examine the case of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law after giving due notice to him
