2. The petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2017 in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 146 of 2014 for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with rent receipt accompanying the application for land possession certificate by as many as 22 persons including the petitioner was found forged and fabricated. It is submitted that the question of forgery can be decided only after forensic test and in any event the land possession certificate would not be granted merely on the basis of rent receipt rather after

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged as well as the allegation that the rent receipt no. 00404187 has been used by the accused persons at Sl. Nos. 1 to 19 including the petitioner and rent receipt no. 00403713 has been used by the accused persons at Sl. Nos. 20 to 22 this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
