2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Bhabua P.S. Case No. 293 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-366-A, 341/323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that in the night of alleged occurrence, the petitioner in association with the co-accused persons, abducted the minor daughter of the informant with intention to marry.
4. As per submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the victim did not support the occurrence. She has stated that she went to the house of maternal uncle. The
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59743 of 2024(2) dt.28-08-2024 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 24-04-2024 and he is the person of clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 293 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
