In this case, the petitioner is making prayer with respect to his appointment as a Shiksha Mitra. In view of the judgments in Smt. Renu Kumari Pandey v. The State of Bihar & Ors. [2011(4) PLJR 297] and Kalpana Rani v. The State of Bihar & Ors. [2014 (2) PLJR 665] where the Court has held that the post of Shiksha Mishra has been abolished and no mechanism has been provided for adjudication of the dispute with regard to

Patna High Court CWJC No.5381 of 2013 (2) dt.20-01-2016 2/2 Shiksha Mitra. In such view of the matter, this petition has lost its relevance and cannot be proceeded with.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
