JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,323,341,379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
The specific accusation of firing is against co accused Chandan Kumar and Karu is alleged to have taken out Rs.1000 from the pocket of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation against the petitioners is general and omnibus. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.840 of 2015 (2) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
