2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 364, 120 ( B ) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case, informant namely Sundarpati devi alleged that on 09.08.2023 , this petitioner took away son of informant for some labour work but her son did not return . When informant went to the house of accused persons to inquire about her son , accused persons were absconding from their house . Later on , the dead body of son of informant was found near airport and informant suspects that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons committed murder of her son .

4. Considering the fact that this petitioner was last seen with the deceased, nature of accusation and other circumstances of the case, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
