This appeal is directed against the order dated 01.05.2018 passed by learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in S.C./S.T. P.S. Case No. 5 of 2018 registered under sections 341, 323, 379, 448, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1)(r)(s) of the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby and whereunder the Court below has refused to grant regular bail to the appellant.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the present first information report has been lodged after delay of three days without any explanation. There is case and counter case between the parties. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus against all the accused persons and nothing

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the appellant, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with S.C./S.T. P.S. Case No. 5 of 2018.
