The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 379 of 2012 registered for the offence under Sections-415, 420, 406, 407, 407, 409, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-81(2),b, 81(3)c and 81(4) of the Bihar Vat Act.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner is a transporter and having more or less similar allegation, some of the co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by different benches of this court, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten
