The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 181 of 2012, a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Witch Practices Act. The petitioner allegedly caused head injury with Farsa to the mother of the informant alleging that she is witch. Doctor has found hair line fracture on left parietal bone. Considering the nature of injury, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
