2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 116/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/27/35 of the Arms Act and Sections 66/67 of the I.T. Act.
3. The photo of the petitioners went viral with a counterymade rifle. The countrymade rifle has been recovered from one Dilkhus who said that the rifle belongs to the petitioners and other co-accused. The petitioners are in jail since 18.05.2024 and they claims to have clean antecedent.
4. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that there is no recovery from these petitioners, let the

No.59695 of 2024(2) dt.28-08-2024 2/2 petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya/concerned court in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 116/2024.
5. The petitioners are directed to mark their attendance in Buniyadganj police station on 1st Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners.
6. The court below will verify the antecedent of the petitioners. If the petitioners are found to be involved in any case, their bail bonds shall not be accepted. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
