JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of assaulting with sword on the head of Santosh Kumar.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is agnate of the informant. The injury has been found to be simple and title suit is also pending between the parties. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the regular bail of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1696 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Saksohra P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014 pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Barh, Patna.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
