In the background of strained relationship, it has been alleged that petitioner along with Md. Nizam apprehended the informant, Mahboob on 18.06.2017 at 9.00 P.M. near the house of Sanjay Rai lying at Basant Vihar Colony and asked him to vacate the land. On his refusal, it has been alleged that petitioner had given a slap over his eye while Md. Nizam took out pistol and shot at him. From the order impugned, it is evident that single fire arm injury has been found over the person of the informant and that being so, petitioner, Md. Mukhtar Alam @ Md. Mukhtar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in K.
