The informant alleged that his sons did not return from his shop and on the next day dead body of his sons were found. The informant suspected that Soharaiye Rai killed his sons Chandan and Sonu.

.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. Ranjeet Rai and Sohrai Rai have already been enlarged on bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 11947 off 2014 and Cr. Misc. No. 33016 of 2014. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Case No. 441 of 2013.
