In view of the subsequent change and the conversion of the Rajednra Agriculture University as Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central University, no positive direction can be issued in the present writ application. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the State Government for redressal of his grievance. In the event, the petitioner files representation before the Agriculture Production Commissioner, Department of Agriculture within a period of one month from today along with a copy of this order, the Agriculture Production Commissioner will consider the representation
