The petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2017 in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 72 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery was not from his conscious possession. He has been languishing in jail for more than 8 months. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with
