The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11.8.2021 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. no.11847 of 2021 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail on completing 1 year in custody. The petitioner has remained in custody since 17.11.2020 i.e for more than 1 year and has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67496 of 2021(2) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 taking into consideration the facts of the case, liberty granted to the petitioner in the earlier order of rejection dated 11.8.2021 and the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 1 year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Barauli P.S. Case no. 193 of 2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Gopalganj.
