JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the Vigilance.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 266 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Prevention of Corruption Act.

Taking into consideration that according to prosecution case itself, the amount was taken by co-accused, Gorelal Prasad and the alleged recovery has been made from the clinic of one doctor where son of Gorelal Prasad was compounder, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1064 of 2015 (2) dt.13-01-2015 from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Vigilance-II, Patna in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 266 of 2014 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
